Not every team needs its own contract with every provider. Some have spare access they want to share or sell; others want to try a model without signing up for anything. Pecutin has two ways to do that.
The marketplace
A seller lists upstream access in the marketplace. A buyer subscribes to it. From then on, the buyer reaches that access through their own sk-pc-… key, the same way they reach any other provider. Nobody passes keys around in chat, and the seller never has to hand out a credential.
When a subscription ends, the access ends with it. Changes made in the console are announced to the gateway, so a cancelled subscription stops being served instead of quietly continuing.
Bansos
Bansos is a pool of donated access that anyone can use for free, within fair-use limits. It is meant for learning, experiments, and communities that cannot pay yet. When a user reaches the fair-use limit, the request is refused with a clear 429, so it is obvious what happened and when to try again.
Why every request is recorded
Sharing access only works if both sides can trust the numbers. Each request on a marketplace subscription is recorded, so the seller can see usage per buyer and the buyer can see what they used. If there is ever a disagreement, there is a row-by-row history to look at instead of two people's memories.
